6 Facts You Need to Know Before Registering
All of the participating courses donate their facilities for this event, generously allowing us to continue this tradition as a free tournament! Please make sure to take care of the courses played and thank the course staff at every opportunity.
Players ages 7-18 are eligible to compete as long as they have (1) not yet entered their freshman year of college and (2) reside in one of the following counties: Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Hood or Denton county.
You will need a valid USGA GHIN # and handicap index to be eligible to apply for Division I competition. Any competitors who do not have an active GHIN # or have a handicap index of NH one week before the tournament will be automatically moved to Division II.
Division I competitors will have the opportunity to qualify for four rounds of competition based on scores from Rounds 1 and 2.
Cuts to the Division I field are made after Rounds 2 and 3 based on the number of players allowed by the participating golf courses.
Division II competitors and those in the 13 and younger divisions will play two rounds of competition. Players will be flighted based on Round 1 scores with the conclusion of the tournament and trophies awarded after Round 2.
