A handicap is not required for the following divisions: 10 & Under, 11-13, or 14-18 Division II
In order for a player to qualify for the 18-Hole Championship Division, which would allow you to compete in the Championship Flights, you must have an established USGA handicap index upon entry into the tournament. You will be required to provide your USGA GHIN number when you register. If you have a USGA GHIN number but no scores entered, you will not have a verifiable handicap index and you will forfeit your opportunity to compete in Division I.
To get your free GHIN number, follow the instructions on the handicap information page. Handicaps as of July 4 will be used in the selection of the top 100 players in the field eligible for the championship divisions. (Max handicap of 18 for Championship Division) All other 14-18 players will be assigned to play in the two-day Division II tournament.
